She got rescued from darkness when she was four. It was a simple matter: There was a magazine with Franklin Graham on the cover (‘Rebel with a Cause’), and she asked her mom who that was. Her mom told her about him, and what he did. And then her mom told her about the salvation message.
The little girl accepted Jesus into her heart and has loved Him ever since.
But when she was eight or so, she got attacked by the spiritual darkness. She had thoughts in her head telling her that she wasn’t saved, and that she had committed the unforgiveable sin (which was the stupidest attack strategy ever because she had accepted Jesus into her heart. Still, that’s what the voice said, and that’s what she felt like: She felt horrible).
To keep the darkness away, she sang worship songs as they played on the radio in the kitchen.
And the darkness left when she did that.
